Pearson America Sales Operations Lead in Mexico City, Mexico

Position objective:

  • Act as an interlocutor between local and global teams.

  • Support sales teams to improve and facilitate sales.

  • Provide support in the pricing, reporting and Sales Incentive Plan processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Build meaningful relationships with internal areas to verify and solve problems to increase sales, acting as a Business Partner.

  • Evaluate and optimize processes, controls and indicators that help decision making and support sales channels.

  • Manage multi-country portfolios, price flows and sales forecasts.

  • Be a regional champion and provide L1 support to sales teams in business tools (Salesforce and Tableau).

  • Support the Human Resources and Sales teams with the management of the Sales Incentive Program.

  • Manage and support the execution in the development of strategic projects.

  • Support management by providing analysis, giving opinions and producing strategic ideas and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Complete higher education.

  • Advanced English level.

  • Intermediate Portuguese (desirable).

  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ease of dealing with large volumes of data and extracting relevant analysis and insights.

  • Experience with project management.

  • Ability to work remotely efficiently.

  • 2/5 years experience in similar positions.
