Senior User Experience Analyst

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX developer who is passionate about technology and building amazing customer experiences though Web and eCommerce. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global engineering team and build solutions that will directly enhance the lives of millions, by supporting the provision of education on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine interactions for web-based education and content management products.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business strategies, user needs, and technical requirements into sound design concepts.

  • Take ownership of large, complex projects, ensuring consistency and collaboration across the product ecosystem.

  • Contribute throughout the design process from ideation to polished designs and iteration.

  • Deliver developer-ready design mocks and artifacts for responsive web applications.

  • Advocate for usability, accessibility standards, and inclusive design best practices.

  • Conduct research and critical analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Synthesize business goals, feedback, metrics, and customer requests into actionable items.

  • Participate in big-picture planning, ideation, and work refinement.

  • Collaborate with Engineers to understand technical feasibility and user needs.

  • Implement and enhance a unified Design System across products.

  • Provide and receive thoughtful, actionable feedback from other Designers and the Brand team.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.

  • 5+ years of proven experience in User Experience, User Interface, and Digital Design.

  • Familiarity with web and eCommerce development concepts and frameworks.

  • Proficiency in UI/UX tools like Figma or Sketch.

  • Experience in Agile environments and proficiency with Jira.

  • Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Passion for the future of Education.

  • Experience within Education, Publishing, or Media.

  • Experience creating or implementing Design systems.

  • Knowledge of CMS applications and componentized product build.

  • Experience working in a distributed team across time zones.

  • Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and eCommerce capabilities.
