Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Web Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing analytics solutions to extract valuable insights from large datasets. The Analytics Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design data models, and create robust analytics applications. This role requires strong analytical and programming skills, along with a passion for transforming data into actionable intelligence.

  • You will lead the implementation and configuration of Analytics tools to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of website data.

  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate tracking codes seamlessly.

  • Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and conversion data to provide actionable insights.

  • Work with stakeholders to generate regular reports and custom dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to better understand and target specific user groups.

  • Utilize audience data to personalize user experiences and improve engagement.

  • Work with our analytics specialists to set up and manage goal tracking within Analytics tools to measure and optimize key conversion points.

  • Work with our analytics specialists to implement event tracking to capture user interactions and behaviours on our websites.

  • Manage and optimize e-commerce tracking, providing insights into product performance, transaction trends, and user journey analysis.

  • Collaborate with e-commerce and product teams to enhance the online shopping experience.

  • Plan, execute, and analyse A/B tests to optimize website elements and user flows.

  • Provide recommendations based on test results to improve website performance.

  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams on Google Analytics best practices and usage.

  • Maintain documentation on tracking implementations, configurations, and reporting processes.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements in analytics technology, and emerging tools to continuously improve analytics strategies.

Essential Skills and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as an Analytics Expert with a strong portfolio of successful analytics implementations.

  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other related analytics tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.

  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

*Desired Skills and Experience *

  • Google Analytics certification.

  • Experience with other analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, Quantum Metrics, VWO, Appcues, BlueConic).

  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.

  • Understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
