  • Collaboration: Liaise with diverse teams, courses, and departments to ensure seamless operations and utilization of resources.

Specific Duties:

  • Administer, control, and coordinate instructional teams.

  • Provide expert Health & Safety advice, implementing policies to meet current legislation.

  • Oversee and monitor standards of instruction.

  • Liaise with Babcock regarding equipment availability, supply, and maintenance matters.

General Duties:

  • Supervise all training within your area of responsibility.

  • Take charge of equipment, tools, and stores used by students and instructors.

  • Co-coordinate between instructional teams, courses, and departments.

  • Maintain the efficiency of resources and resolve conflicts of interest.

Management & Communication:

  • Communicate honestly with your Line Manager.

  • Drive positive change within the department.

  • Achieve set deadlines and targets.

  • Assist in the implementation of the department's business plan and strategic objectives.

Training & Evaluation:

  • Receive tailored training opportunities.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training activities.

  • Utilize newly acquired skills to enhance your impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the Company's Quality procedures.

  • Work towards and maintain the IIP standard.

  • Uphold Health and Safety regulations and environmental standards.

  • Keep your work area clean and safe.

  • Act as an ambassador for the Company.
