Pearson Test Consultant in Spain

The main responsibility for the Test Consultant position is to support the Clinical Assessment Sales Team, as well as support the Customer Service Team with customer queries.

The Test Consultant will also be responsible for organizing the training department and promoting training activities, ask well as managing the participation in professional conferences.

Main tasks:

  • Support the Sales Team in a wide range of sales activities, including promotion of Clinical products, product demos and presentations.

  • Answer customer queries (tier 2 & 3), both calls and e-mails.

  • Provide in-depth support on products for key customers.

  • Organize the training department, as well as promote our trainings.

  • Create content related to our products or related themes (for trainings, marketing campaigns, product launches, etc.).

  • Conference attendance and organization.

  • Offer support to customers with our different digital platforms.

Key relationships:

  • Give continuous feedback to the Sales Director.

  • Close collaboration with the Customer Service Teams, contributing to improve the customer experience.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, working with other departments to facilitate relationships and improve efficacy.

  • Work together with marketing to help creating content for marketing products.

Essential:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent (Psychology or similar).

  • Provable knowledge about assessment in Psychology, Education and other related fields.

  • Experience using assessment tools in Psychology or related fields.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

  • Digital proficiency.

  • Organization and training skills.

  • Experience in Sales and/or Customer service would be a plus.
