Pearson Senior User Acquisition Specialist (Meta) in Poland

About the position:

Mondly Kids is the perfect tool for parents who want to introduce their kids to a new language in a fun and interactive way. The app is designed specifically for kids, with a user-friendly interface and colourful graphics. It is a family-friendly app for the new generation of language learners.

As the User Acquisition Specialist for the Mondly Kids app , you will be responsible for the planning and execution of the global user acquisition campaigns across various channels. You will collaborate with the product and marketing teams to create and implement user acquisition plans supporting business goals. In addition, you will be responsible for analysing campaign results and providing insights to optimise future campaigns.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage the set-up, running and optimisation of user acquisition campaigns, working in close partnership with other internal teams.

  • Monitor the assigned channels' performance to gain deep insights into the creative execution and media channel effectiveness of campaigns against the KPIs.

  • Actively give input towards the overall development, planning and delivery of the user acquisition campaigns.

  • Create performance reports and use the marketing analytics insights to evaluate campaign success and maximise return on investment.

  • Monitor market trends, identify the latest innovations and share them with the team.

  • Identify new user acquisition strategies, perform A/B tests on campaigns and analyse their results on an ongoing basis.

  • Nurture a culture of “test and learn.”

  • Deliver activities against our defined “jobs to be done” as part of the overall marketing strategy.

  • Improve performance based on data and ambitious KPIs.

  • Help monitor competitor activity and plans as well as accordingly execute when balancing our own plans with raised customer expectations.

You are the perfect fit for this role if you have:

  • Demonstrable professional experience in mobile user acquisition, with a strong record of accomplishment in local/global market activation.

  • Track record of developing and optimising digital marketing campaigns, with a deep understanding of the regional landscape.

  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to generate insights that help inform investment decisions and marketing strategies.

  • Experience developing and reporting on metrics and KPIs for campaign management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, plus the ability to clearly articulate and express complex and sometimes technical ideas to a wide variety of people and groups at any level.

  • Able to deal with ambiguity, competing priorities, a wide variety of cultures, and local market differences.

  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and creative; thrives on thinking outside of the box to create new best-in-class experiences.

  • Action-oriented with a “roll up your sleeves approach.”

  • Robust decision-making - based on evidence and data.

  • Operates as a self-aware, effective team player.

  • Evident fluency in English Language, being confident in speaking, reading and writing communication.
